After shampooing, rub the bar directly onto wet hair from mid-lengths to ends, or lather between your palms first. Focus on the areas that need the most conditioning—typically mid-lengths and ends where hair is oldest and most damaged.
Unlike traditional conditioners, you can also safely massage this into your scalp if desired. Leave on for 3-5 minutes for deep conditioning benefits, then rinse thoroughly.
Top Tip: For extra detangling power, apply the bar to very wet hair and use a wide-tooth comb to distribute evenly before rinsing.
