Which countries do you ship from and to?
All our orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. We currently ship our products to the UK and USA.
🇬🇧 For customers in the UK, we provide free next day express delivery on all orders.
🇺🇸 For customers in the US, we offer shipping at a flat rate of $25.
We're continuously working to expand our shipping options, so stay tuned for updates!
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
We process and ship orders Monday to Friday.
If you placed your order before 12PM, it will be shipped out the same day.
Orders placed after 12PM will be shipped on the next business day.
If your order was placed during the weekend or a holiday, it will be shipped on the next available business day.
How can I get in touch for further assistance or if I have more questions?

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.

Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?
If you need to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email support@karmicskin.com with your order number as soon as possible.
We process orders quickly, so while we’ll do our best to assist you, we may not be able to make changes if your order has already been shipped.
What should I do if my shipment is lost?
If your shipment is lost or hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@karmicskin.com with your order details.
We’ll investigate the issue and work with the courier to locate your package. If necessary, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How are Karmic Skin products packaged?
Our products are housed in either recyclable glass containers or PETG plastic, both chosen for their eco-friendly properties. They are then placed in ‘secondary packaging,’ made from eco-friendly cardboard, for extra protection.
When shipped, everything is packed in our recyclable Karmic Skin shipper box, with biodegradable cornstarch packing chips that safely dissolve in water.
We’re committed to ensuring our packaging is not only aesthetically pleasing but also kind to the planet.
Is your packaging recyclable?
A healthy planet is a happy planet, and at Karmic Skin, we’ve intentionally chosen packaging materials that are 100% recyclable.
From our glass and PETG containers to our eco-friendly cardboard boxes, all our packaging is designed with sustainability in mind.
However, recycling guidelines can vary by location, so we encourage you to check your local regulations to ensure proper recycling.

Damages, Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, you can exchange your order within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the product is unused. To start the exchange process, email us at support@karmicskin.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs.
How do I start a return?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused portion within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Simply email us at support@karmicskin.com, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after 30 days. To complete your return, we’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Additionally, bundles or kits cannot be returned. My package was delivered damaged. What do I do?
While our shipping partners work hard to carefully package and ship orders, things can happen while in transit. If you notice any abnormality, please refrain from using the product and contact us immediately at support@karmicskin.com with a photo of the damage(s).
