Returns process
- Please send an email to support@karmicskin.com with your order number
- Once you have received confirmation from us, please package the product safely and send it to the address provided. The customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
- Once we receive the products and complete our checks a refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be processed, or your exchange product will be shipped to you.
- Please note: Refunds are accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of Karmic Skin.
