This guarantee exists so you can try our formulas with real peace of mind, knowing that if your skin isn’t happy with one of ours, you aren’t left stuck with it.
How it works
Try it as part of your routine.
Use it morning or night as directed, on slightly damp skin. If your skin doesn’t get on with it, you don’t have to keep going.
Tell us it wasn’t right.
Email support@karmicskin.com within 30 days of your parcel arriving. Let us know whether you’d prefer a refund, or a swap for something else of similar value at no extra cost.
Your refund lands.
Once your parcel is back with us, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
The fine print

The 30 days start the day your parcel arrives.
Not the day you ordered. So if your skin takes a little while to settle in, you still have time on your side.

Up to 2 products per order.
Most brands don’t allow any opened returns at all. This small cap is how we keep offering one as an independent team, without it becoming something we can no longer afford to do.

Bundles and kits aren’t covered.
Our bundles are already offered at a significant saving compared to buying each product individually, so the guarantee applies to single-product purchases rather than bundled sets.

UK orders.
Right now the guarantee applies to orders within the UK. Return logistics outside the UK are something we aren’t set up to support yet, and we’d rather be honest about that than quietly take it back.

Keep at least three-quarters in the bottle.
A little goes a long way with our concentrated formulas, so even a genuine try leaves most of the bottle untouched. We ask that returned products are at least three-quarters full.

A small shipping and handling deduction.
If your original order shipped free, £4.99 is deducted from the refund to cover our side of the round trip. If you paid for shipping on the original order, that delivery cost isn’t refunded and a further £1.50 handling charge is deducted. Return postage to us is always covered by you.
A short, human process.
- Email support@karmicskin.com with your order number and a line on what didn’t work.
- We reply with a simple returns form. It has everything you need, including where to post the parcel.
- Pop your order number inside the parcel and post it back to us.
- Once it arrives and our team has inspected it, your refund will be processed, or your exchange will be on its way.
